4 Step Mailing Process

1.  Request Forms:  Email L&L at info@lambertinvent.com to request signed Nondisclosure Agreements and the submission forms.  Please include your name, email and mailing address.

2.  Nondisclosure Agreement:  You will receive 2 signed Nondisclosure Agreements.  Please sign both, keep one for your records and include the other with the material you will send L&L.

3.  Submission Form:  Follow the instructions as described in the submission form.  You will be asked to describe your invention, include a drawing or pictures if they are available, and include payment of $199, which represents a one-time fee to research the product and prepare the written evaluation and recommendations.

You may either write a personal check or money order payable to "Lambert & Lambert, Inc." or provide your credit card information in the space provided.

4.  Mail:  Send the submission form, one signed NDA, any other information you would like to include, and payment by mail to:

Lambert & Lambert, Inc.

11180 Zealand Ave North

You will receive an email or phone call to notify you that we have received the information and are beginning the evaluation.  The results of the evaluation will be sent to you in about 4-5 weeks.
