4 Step Faxing Process

1.  Nondisclosure Agreement:  To insure confidentiality when working with your new invention, first download the Nondisclosure/Confidentiality Agreement and fax a signed copy to Lambert & Lambert's corporate headquarters at 651-552-7678.

2.  Receive Nondisclosure Agreement & Prepare Documentation:  Lambert & Lambert will countersign the Nondisclosure Agreement and fax it back to you within one business day.  Once you receive it you can download the Invention Submission Form.

3.  Submission Form:  Follow the instructions as described in the submission form.  You will be asked to describe your invention, include a drawing or pictures if they are available, and include your credit card information, which will be charged a one-time fee of $199 to research the product and prepare the written evaluation and recommendations.

 

4.  Fax:  Send the Submission Form by fax to:  651-552-7678

 

You will receive an email or phone call to notify you that we have received the information and are beginning the evaluation.  The results of the evaluation will be sent to you in about 4 weeks.
